Refunds & Returns Policy
EVB Home and Décor Items
Eleish Van Breems Home takes great pride in our product and works with some of the finest factories and bespoke artisans in the world. We are confident that our detail to design and quality will meet or exceed your expectations.
We hope you love your selected product as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or refund for most merchandise within 7 days from receipt of product or purchases from any of our stores or website. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping charges may apply. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to the sender.

Furniture and Fabrics
Please note: Eleish Van Breems does not accept returns on the following items: Custom upholstery, custom case good orders, fabric yardage, wallpaper, custom orders, COM (customer’s own material), or artwork.
We always do our best to expedite orders, but we are not responsible for manufacturers delays.
Please note that delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. Return delivery charges may apply. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Custom Products
Custom product and COM/COL are made to order especially for you and may not be returned or cancelled. Custom product includes upholstered furniture, EVB reproduction furniture, custom cushions, and COM.
Final Sale & Clearance Items
Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect.
Damaged Product
Our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. We ask that you also inspect your pieces upon receipt. For items delivered via White Glove Delivery, your signature is required at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered, please contact our customer service team at 203-635-8383 or info@evbantiques.com.
Furniture that is refused due to size will be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only. We are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they are transmitted to our fulfillment center.
Please note that a restocking fee of 25% of product price will be charged. Additionally, no furniture returns are accepted in store. A delivery pick up must be scheduled and returns are subject to a pickup fee.
Cancellations
Custom orders may not be cancelled. We are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center.
When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our system, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified. Within an hour your order is sent our fulfillment center for processing and can no longer be modified in any way.
If you need to make any changes or modify your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not shipped.
