What types of chairs does this collection include?
At Eleish Van Breems Home, our chairs collection includes dining, lounge, accent and side chairs across a range of styles suited to different rooms and arrangements. We bring together chairs in mixed styles rather than matched sets, with softer seating options also available in our luxury seating collection.
How do I choose chairs for indoor or outdoor use?
When choosing chairs for indoor or outdoor use, review the individual product details carefully to confirm the design and finish suit the intended setting. Our team recommends checking the care information provided with each piece before placing it in an outdoor environment, as suitability can vary significantly by item. For purpose-built outdoor options, our outdoor swivel chairs collection offers styles designed for exterior settings.
Which chair styles mix well in one room?
Chairs can mix well in one room when they share a common element — such as a similar scale, finish or overall design direction — rather than forming an exact matched set. Our team often pairs dining chairs with a lounge or accent chair to create a varied and considered arrangement. For a focused selection of refined individual chairs, our luxury chair collection offers styles suited to mixed arrangements.
How should chairs be cared for and maintained?
Care requirements for chairs can vary depending on the finish and design of the specific piece. Follow the care guidance provided with the individual item, and use cleaning methods appropriate for that particular piece. Keep chairs away from excessive heat, moisture and prolonged direct sunlight, and consult a qualified professional for specialised care. Our sofas collection includes complementary seating pieces with individual care details.
