Terms of Payment

A 50% deposit must accompany all orders. Eleish van Breems Antiques will notify the Buyer when an order is completed and request payment in full. Completed orders are shipped on receipt of balance due. Should all or any portion of the amount not be paid when due, Buyer agrees to pay all collection and legal fees incurred by Eleish van Breems Antiques in the process of enforcement of collection. Eleish Van Breems Antiques reserves the right to refuse shipment of additional merchandise to any Buyer whose account has not been paid in full and when due.

Delivery

Lead times and shipping dates are approximate and subject to change. Estimated completion of an order is dependent, in part, on the date of receipt of goods (from international transport and clearance through United States Customs), receipt of deposit, finish requirements, and final payment. Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be F.O.B. Fairfield, CT and ye method of shipment and carrier shall be selected by Eleish Van Breems Antiques. All efforts will be made to ensure the delivery date commitment given. However, if circumstances beyond our control result in delays, the delivery date provided in the sales agreement shall be extended by the period of lost time by the delays and no order, or part thereof, shall be cancelled nor any deposits refunded because of the foregoing circumstances.

Claims

Claims shall be made in writing within five (5) days from receipt of shipment. Eleish Van Breems assumes no responsibility for loss, delay, or damage of goods after having received “in good order” receipts from the carrier.

Cancellations

No cancellations or revisions will be accepted without Eleish Van Breems’ written consent. In such instances, a restocking fee of 25% of the order’s value will be applied

Prices

All prices subject to change without advance notice. All prices are F.O.B. Fairfield, CT. Written quotes are good for 60 days.
